We are looking for individuals for the volunteer positions listed below, most of which require approximately four hours per week of work. If interested, please call Caroline C. Wilson, Volunteer Coordinator, at 883-3071 (rev. September 8, 2008)

Administrative Assistant - Assists with data entry, typing, copying, telephoning, emailing, record-keeping, filing, and helping with special events and projects. Knowledge and skill in Excel, Word, and Wordperfect are required. Work Days: Mon. or Tue. or Wed. or Thu. (Volunteer Program)

Animal Care Volunteer - Helps with daily care and feeding of a variety of desert animals. Work Days: Mon. or Tue. or Wed. (Interpretive Animal Collection)

Gallery Attendant - Staffs art gallery during art exhibitions and answers visitors' questions about the artwork and artists. Work Days: Sun. or Tue. or Fri. (Art Institute)

Raptor Free Flight Narrator - Provides public narration and interpretation for the Raptor Free Flight demonstration of large birds of prey in flight. Work Days: Sun. or Mon. or Tue. or Wed. or Thu. or Fri. or Sat. (Raptor Free Flight)

Raptor Handler - Serves as part of the Raptor Free Flight demonstration team. Assists with daily care, feeding and flight training of several large birds and participates in the daily demonstrations of raptors in flight. Work Days: Mon. or Thu. (Raptor Free Flight)
